On his Foreign Policy blog, Daniel W. Drezner includes Sex, Drugs, and Body Counts: The Politics of Numbers in Global Crime and Conflict, edited by Peter Andreas and Kelly M. Greenhill, on his “geeky summer vacation reading list”:
